Playing is an important educational tool, because people learn best by play.ing Especially in the age of digitalization, there is therefore extraordinary potential in playing. People in the 21st century are rediscovering the world once again and learning about their abilities in a completely different way: they can engage with their surroundings and circumstances by playing and experience their environment as Homo Ludens, as a person who plays. Whether in everyday life, at school or on the computer or smartphone: playing is the easiest way to learn.

As a community for digital learning and play cultures, we show how exciting and diverse the connections between learning and playing are. We see ourselves as an open network of actors and interested parties that introduces these playful perspectives on learning and diversity to a broader public.
